Returns & Refunds

We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. Because our products are medical-grade and temperature-sensitive, returns are limited for safety reasons, but refunds and replacements are available in the situations below.

- Order never arrived (after carrier trace)
- Arrived damaged or compromised
- Wrong product or quantity shipped
- Materially different from listing
✗ Not eligible
- Opened or used products
- Buyer’s remorse after dispatch
- Damage caused after delivery
- Refused or unclaimed packages
1. How to request a refund
Email sales@fillersupplies.st within 14 days of delivery (or 30 days from order date for lost packages) with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos, if applicable
We respond within 1 business day and resolve most cases within 3.
2. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Replacement orders ship the next business day after approval at no extra cost.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once a tracking number is generated the order cannot be cancelled, but you can refuse delivery or contact us when it arrives.
4. Restocking fee
Authorised returns of unopened, undamaged products may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
