Ordering
Do I need a medical licence to order?
Yes. We sell exclusively to licensed practitioners, clinics and registered wholesalers. You’ll be asked to upload proof of credentials at first checkout.
What’s the minimum order?
There is no minimum for individual practitioners. Wholesale tier pricing starts at 6 units of a single product.
Can I order outside business hours?
The store is open 24/7. Orders placed before 2pm CET ship the same business day; later orders ship the next morning.
Shipping
Which countries do you ship to?
40+ countries across the EU, UK, Switzerland, North America, GCC and parts of Asia.
How long does delivery take?
EU: 2–4 business days. UK & Switzerland: 3–5 days. Rest of world: 5–9 days.
Are products shipped cold-chain?
Yes — temperature-sensitive products ship in insulated boxes with gel packs.
Is packaging discreet?
All shipments are sent in plain unbranded outer boxes.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, SEPA bank transfer and 30-day invoice terms for verified accounts.
In which currencies can I pay?
EUR, GBP, USD and CHF.
Is my payment secure?
Card payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1).
Authenticity
How do I know products are authentic?
Sourced directly from authorised European distributors. Each box carries a batch number you can verify with the manufacturer.
What’s your authenticity guarantee?
If any product fails manufacturer verification we refund in full and cover return shipping.
Are expiry dates fresh?
All products ship with a minimum 12 months remaining shelf life — usually 18–24 months.
Returns
Can I return unused products?
Sealed, unopened products can be returned within 14 days. Cold-chain products are non-returnable once shipped.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email a photo to support@fillersupplies.st within 48 hours and we’ll replace at no cost.
Wholesale
How do I open a wholesale account?
Email wholesale@fillersupplies.st with your clinic details and licence number.
What discounts apply?
Tier 1 (6–11): 8% off. Tier 2 (12–23): 14% off. Tier 3 (24+): custom pricing.
Do you offer net-30 terms?
Yes, after three on-time orders or with a trade reference.
