Shipping & Delivery

Every order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse with full tracking. We ship discreetly in plain, unbranded packaging.

1. Where we ship

We deliver across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Some restricted regions may require additional verification.

2. Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, on weekends, or on public holidays ship the next business day.

3. Delivery times

  • Domestic express: 1–3 business days
  • Domestic standard: 3–6 business days
  • International express: 3–7 business days
  • International standard: 7–14 business days

4. Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free express shipping on orders over $300.

5. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your label is generated. You can also view it in your account under Order History.

6. Discreet packaging

All orders ship in unmarked boxes or mailers. The return address is a neutral business name and nothing on the outside indicates the contents.

7. Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address are re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

8. Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated for 5 business days (10 for international), email sales@fillersupplies.st with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and either re-ship or refund once resolved.

9. Damaged on arrival

Send a photo to sales@fillersupplies.st within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace or refund the affected items.
